The Pre-Visit

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive both a text and an email for your appointment approval. Following that, a welcome email will be sent, which includes directions, helpful tips for the best outcome, and answers to common questions. If you've booked a moon wash service, a special email with specific details on what to expect how to prepare will be provided just for you. We look forward to seeing you soon!

The Consultation

Welcome to your hair consultation! During our time together, I'll ask you specific questions about your hair health, color history, budget, and maintenance preferences. We'll discuss the products you currently use, how often you wash and style your hair, and any concerns you may have, including scalp issues. This information will help me tailor my recommendations to suit your unique lifestyle and hair texture, ensuring you receive the best advice on products and procedures for your needs.

During the visit we can talk all things holistic or if you prefer a quiet relaxing visit  then I will follow your lead!

The Follow Up



At my  salon, I understand that sometimes it takes a few days to fully appreciate your new look. That's why I like to check in with clients to ensure everything is perfect. If you feel we need to adjust your haircut or  tone down a color, we can gladly do so within the first 7-10 days of your service. Your satisfaction is my priority, so don't hesitate to call or text if you have any concerns!
