Magnesium Spray
I bought this off of TikTok. I was extremely nervous as I had never done that before. This particular spray ( as there are so many on the market, was incredible. It has balanced my hormones, and most importantly, helps me sleep at night.
The other amazing benefit has been I no longer need to use deodorant!! which for me has been great as I tend to have swollen lymph nodes under my arms. It's a tad pricey but I'm finding that it really works well and lasts a decent amount of time. Also, she does have lots of sales on tik Tok if you are comfortable purchasing from them.
Reiki & Energy Work
I have two referrals for this. The first women Sarah Familiar-Ragsdale is a spontaneous and intuitive and powerful healer . ( Her wife Mina is also an incredible body worker!! So if your e. ever in Charleston, make an appointment! I can't say enough about how she helped me deal with my trauma from childhood and changed the trajectory of my life. I feel such a deep connection with her and want everyone to go to her because she's helped me in such a powerful way.
Then there is my cousin Michelle Heron, RN, BSN, E-RYT, Usui Reiki Master.. She is super organized, detailed and incredibly informative. She's been a nurse for over 20 years. And is constantly learning and studying. I learned so much doing my level 1 Reiki from her. She also sent out a very detailed notebook defining and explaining Reiki in a way that is easily understanable. She also has a YouTube channel offering awesome yoga, and meditation practices, which those are also offered on insight timer. Proud cousin!!

Here's another gem of a business! Rachel is a unique and wonderful soul! I love her yoga classes, advice and just being around her. Next time you're in Naples, definitely go to her studio! Plus her husband is an amazing glass artist! ( Did I mention Rachel is also a fabulous artist!)
